Švirinas, Mackonis and partners LAWWAY is characterised by its team's research and teaching activities in the area of law.

In 2004 the head of the Law firm advocate Dr. Daivis Švirinas defended doctoral dissertation “The Regulation of Vertical Agreements in Competition Law” at the Law University of Lithuania (now – Mykolas Romeris University), and in 2005 he was granted a pedagogical rank of docent. Since 1999 advocate doc. dr. Daivis Švirinas had been lecturing and organising practical classes at the Mykolas Romeris University.

In 2007 doc. dr. Daivis Švirinas participated in a research project “Training of enterprise in Mykolas Romeris University, Kaunas University of Technology and Vilnius Gediminas Technical university in the areas of social and engineering sciences”.

Advocate's assistant and the doctoral student of Business Law Department at the Faculty of Law in Mykolas Romeris University Ana Novosad from 2004 had been organising practical classes and lecturing at the Mykolas Romeris University.

Advocate Vidas Vilkas lectured law at the Vilnius Higher School and also lectured for the employees of AB “Ekranas” on the issues of fulfillment and performance of contracts.
