- Preparation of all trial documents, including requests, applications for the courts, claims, also special, appeal and cassation complaints.
- Mediation in seeking alternative ways of dispute resolution, their organisation.
- Representation of Clients in arbitration in Lithuania and abroad, assistance in the process of executing decisions adopted in Lithuania by the courts of arbitration, and in the process of recognition and executing the decisions of the foreign courts of arbitration in Lithuania; preparation of arbitrary agreements, arbitrary clauses, peaceful settlement agreements.
- Representation of Clients in debt recovery cases (searching for information, preparation of pretensions, claims, and applications for monetary claims, representation in debt recovery cases).
