Daiva Kecorytė is a lawyer of the law firm Švirinas, Mackonis and partners LAWWAY.
In 1997 Daiva Kecorytė graduated from the Vilnius University Law Faculty where she was granted a master degree in law.
Daiva Kecotytė has more than 10 year legal work experience. For a long period of time Daiva Kecorytė worked as a lawyer in one of the biggest Lithuanian companies, providing legal services in accounting and tax spheres - UAB "Pačiolis". Practical activity of Daiva Kecorytė encompassed labour law, company law, contract law and spheres of legal regulation of copyright and related rights, coordination of different projects.
Daiva Kecorytė is also participating in methodical activity. Together with a group of authors she composed material for UAB "Pačiolis" qualification raising seminars concerning labour law, contract law, Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania. She also is a co-author of the books "Documents of the company", "Accounting: responsibility of director and accountant", "Accounting politics".
Since 1997 Daiva Kecorytė publishes consultations in weekly magazines "Director and the world", "Review of accounting and tax" concerning different questions of labour law and business law.
Since 1999 edits legal section of the magazine "Director and the world".
Since September 2008 Daiva Kecorytė is practicing as an advocate’s assistant at the law firm Švirinas and partners LAWWAY.
