Ana Novosad is an associated lawyer at the law firm Švirinas, Mackonis and partners LAWWAY.

Ana Novosad graduated from the Law University of Lithuania (now – Mykolas Romeris University), Faculty of Law, where, in March, 2004, she obtained a master's degree in law (specialising in civil and commercial law).

Ana Novosad began her legal career working as a lawyer at the LLC Baltisches Haus. The legal work experience gained in this company helped her to accumulate useful practical skills and also encouraged to improve futher her knowledge and professional qualification.

Since 2005 Ana Novosad has been practicing as an advocate's assistant at the law firm of advokate J. Tamašauskas and at the same time she has also been cooperating with the law firm Švirinas, Mackonis and partners LAWWAY

Since 2004 Ana Novosad has been organising practical classes at the Mykolas Romeris University. In 2005 she had written and in 2006 published a treatise on competition lawPractical Peculiarities in the Establishment of Collective Dominance in journal Jurisprudencija. In 2007 Ana Novosad began doctoral studies at the Mykolas Romeris University.

Ana Novosad is fond of psychology, travelling.
